* Be sure to include the scripture block lesson and date you are making up.
* You may include multiple lessons in both an online or email submission. Please designate the lesson and make-up date for each lesson you include.
HOW YOU KNOW IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED:
You will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] once your attendance has been updated.

For a full lesson:
- Answer all bullet point questions and complete all writing prompts.
- Type the headings of the section(s) you studied and answer all bullet point questions or writing prompts in them.
- If there is no writing prompt or bullet point questions to answer for the section(s) studied, please submit 2-3 sentences. This can include doctrine or principles you saw, or what you learned about the Savior, His mission, and/or His relationship to you.
- NOTE: For partial lessons, the parent and student will decide which sections to study in the student manual lesson for their make-up, which should be an equivalent effort to what you missed in class.
