TYPICAL CLASS FORMAT:
Prelude When possible prelude music should be played before class starts.
Class Officer* Welcomes the class and conducts until they turn the time over to the teacher for the day’s lesson
Sing a Hymn If you don't have a piano/pianist you can use the Hymns in the Gospel Library App/Music/Hymns
Opening prayer Class officers and group leaders can greatly assist with these assignments

*Class Officers are optional. A seminary teacher may appoint a class president, one or more vice presidents, and a secretary. Before making these appointments, the teacher contacts the bishop for approval. The teacher considers all worthy students for class officers, including those who have disabilities. The teacher announces officers in class, but they are not sustained or set apart. These officers assist the teacher as needed. (S&I Policy Manual)
